Asterix/Sherlock, deffo ! I daresay Capt. Haddock'd smack Harry on the head and put paid to any crack that could possibly come up further on. But Asterix and Sherlock, and Obelix and Watson, and Getafix and Mycroft would get along just fine.

Now that Dumbly's gone, I think to lose Snape too would be a disaster for the wizards. Everyone else appears to have a serious case of permanent head-inna-sand.
